MINUM AIR 10 GELAS

Tips mudah macam mana nak cukupkan minum air masak 10 gelas sehari

1-bangun pagi 2 gelas

2-selepas sarapan 1 gelas

3-selepas ambil suplemen shaklee 1 gelas 

4-selepas lunch 1 gelas

5-selepas ambil suplemen shaklee 1 gelas

6-sambil buat kerja rumah 1 gelas

7-petang 1 gelas air

8-selepas dinner 1 gelas

9-sebelum tidur 1 gelas

*mudah jika kita betul2 disiplin...GOOD LUCK!!! :)
